Bulbul Indian Restaurant, a contemporary dining spot, opened its doors in early summer 2023 at 21 Tudor Street, London EC4Y 0DJ. The co-founders, Chef Rohan D’Souza and restaurateur Twinkle Keswani, aim to highlight lesser-known recipes and cooking techniques learned from home kitchens across India. The menu at Bulbul features items such as Forest Pepper Crab Dosa and Goan Shrimp Balchão, which are inspired by various Indian regions.
