From January 2026, Planetarium Go UK will bring a new immersive experience to London’s Battersea, featuring a 360-degree dome with high-resolution projections in Power Station Park. Tickets start from £15 and can be booked online now for the temporary installation, which runs until March 1, 2026.

The Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium at the National Space Centre stands as the UK’s largest planetarium. Visitors can enjoy award-winning fulldome shows including “One Step Beyond,” launching July 20, 2025, and “The Great Solar System Adventure,” which guides viewers from Mercury to Pluto. Each show has advisory age limits based on educational content and developmental appropriateness.
Both shows are suitable for children aged five and older, while “Tour of the Night Sky” caters to those eight and above.
In Northern Ireland, the Armagh Observatory and Planetarium serves as Ireland’s leading center for astronomical research and education. The facility spans 20 acres, remains open 24/7 for nature walks and stargazing, and offers various tour options including Gold and Diamond Tours.
