tortillas bar revolutionizes london

London’s first dedicated tortilla bar has opened its doors at Seven Dials Market, bringing authentic Spanish flavors to Covent Garden.

Located at 35 Earlham Street, the new establishment specializes in Spanish tortillas loaded with distinctly Basque ingredients, offering a unique culinary experience to visitors of this vibrant food hall. Shoreditch is known for its urban art scene, making it a perfect spot for food lovers and art enthusiasts alike.

The tortilla bar was announced as part of three new food openings at Seven Dials Market in January 2026, strengthening the Spanish and Latin American food presence at the venue. This strategic addition complements existing vendors like Los Gordos, which serves Colombian tacos, creating a diverse dining landscape that spans Indian, Latin, Sushi, Spanish, and Pub fare.

Visitors can enjoy these Spanish culinary traditions daily, with operating hours running from 12 PM to 10 PM on Mondays and Tuesdays, 11 AM to 11 PM Wednesday through Saturday, and 11 AM to 9 PM on Sundays.

These extended hours accommodate breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night service, making it accessible for various dining schedules. Los Gordos draws customers with its signature slow-cooked shredded beef tacos that emphasize juicy, soft textures. Most diners will find that tables are saved for walk-ins with limited reservations available only for larger groups.

The tortilla bar benefits from the market’s excellent facilities, including credit card acceptance, full bar service with wine and beer selections, free WiFi, and wheelchair accessibility.

Step-free access is available on both Earlham Street and Short’s Gardens, ensuring the venue is accessible to all visitors.

Seven Dials Market houses 20 independent food vendors, creating a vibrant ecosystem of culinary entrepreneurs.

The Bask Street Boys participated in KERB’s inKERBator programme in 2024 before launching London’s first tortillas bar.

The market offers various booking options for groups of four or more, with private spaces like the Market Bookshop accommodating 40 seated guests and Bar Nana hosting up to 60 seated or 100 standing visitors.

The market’s central location places it within walking distance of nearby attractions, including Seven Dials Comedy just 0.02 miles away.

This positioning in London’s central dining district makes it an ideal destination for food enthusiasts seeking authentic Spanish flavors in a lively, communal setting where traditional recipes meet innovative presentations.
