As the Year of the Fire Horse approaches, London’s dining scene is preparing to celebrate Chinese New Year with a variety of special menus and events. Many restaurants will offer unique Chinese New Year menus from February 9 to March 3, 2026.

One notable option is at the 1910 Dining Room, where Chef Daren Liew will showcase a bespoke handcrafted set menu. This menu emphasizes communal dining experiences, allowing guests to share traditional dishes like crispy duck and dim sum in a festive atmosphere.

From February 17 to March 3, various dining establishments across the city will present time-limited festive menus. These menus will highlight authentic Chinese cuisine and specialty dishes crafted especially for the Year of the Horse.

For example, Xi Home Dumplings Bay will feature a Golden Spring Feast menu until March 16. This menu will spotlight traditional Northern Chinese dishes such as Squirrel Sea Bass and braised pork belly with abalone, providing diners with a taste of cultural culinary heritage.

Additionally, Chop Chop in Leicester Square will celebrate the occasion with lion dance performances, adding an exciting cultural element to the dining experience. Guests born in Horse years can enjoy a 20% discount during the festive period from February 16 to 19, making it an inviting option for those looking to celebrate in a lively setting.

Inamo Soho & Covent Garden will also participate in the celebrations with a unique event running from January 29 to February 12. This event will include a high-tech dining experience and a special cobra sushi offering, showcasing a modern twist on traditional dishes.
